Stacking the Shelves (7)

Thanks to Tynga at Tynga's Reviews for hosting Stacking the Shelves and making this awesome graphic!

Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process! --Tynga

Bought:
Dark Kiss of the Reaper by Kristen Painter [Buy Now]
Vengeance Moon by Lee Roland [Buy Now]
Dark Kiss by Michelle Rowen [Buy Now]
For anyone who didn't check out my post earlier in the week about the signing I went to last Sunday, these are the books I picked up. The Painter/Roland titles are signed. Although Michelle Rowen was not at the signing, this was the first time I found a copy of Dark Kiss and had to grab it.

Used:
Touch of Madness by C.T. Adams & Cathy Clamp [Buy Now]
The Devil's Playground by Jenna Black [Buy Now]
Timeless by Gail Carriger [Buy Now]
Wait for Dusk by Jocelynn Drake [Buy Now]
Enemy Lover by Karin Harlow [Buy Now]
Second Grave on the Left by Darynda Jones [Buy Now]
A Kiss Before the Apocalypse by Thomas E. Sniegoski [Buy Now]
Angelology by Danielle Trussoni [Buy Now]
I only paid about $14 for all of these! One local bookstore has an overstock sale every Saturday, so I got five of them for $1 a piece. The Darynda Jones copy was $4 and it looks brand new. Overall, great finds on this trip.

Library:
The Mane Event by Shelley Laurenston [Buy Now]
The Thirteenth Sacrifice by Debbie Viguie [Buy Now]
Variant by Robinson Wells [Buy Now]
Home Improvement, Undead Edition anthology [Buy Now]
Christen picked up The Mane Event because she wanted to read the first of the series before the one further along on her Kindle. I think we showed a lot more restraint than usual on this library trip.

    1. Viper Moon was pretty good (I gave it 3.5 Stars). I may not read Vengance Moon right away, but I love supporting local authors.

  6. Nice! I'm probably going to have to order Lee's book online as apparently none of the B&N in my area are going to carry it?! Nice finds this week! Have some of those in my massive TBR pile!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!

    Have a GREAT weekend!

    1. I've been having that problem with YA books. The B&N closest to me is in the mall and it's a mini B&N. Every week there's a 65-35 chance they'll have the book I'm looking for. There are two normal-sized B&Ns that aren't too far that tend to carry everything, but their inconvient and involve too much traffic. I'm still feeling the loss of Borders. :(
